Columbus didn't discover America
after begging for a ship
in a world of kings & queens,
he just stumbled upon a place he
didn't belong in___
then brought the sheep w/ him___.

Vikings had arrived long before
& the natives bested them
to free their land
again___, but
what the sheep brought was worse
than just a monstrosity, because
it was a holocaust of war
genocide & disease, but___
we don't acknowledge it anymore
like racism & the poor.

We don't acknowledge
the American Holocaust anymore
just like racism & the poor___.
