The 'attachments'

'Sometimes
I go crazy wondering
what you are thinking.
& you know___
even if you give all
the right answers
I still know
you are somewhere else.
& I'm starting to wonder if you
just can't help it, like there is
a whole other world you are in
that I can't see.
When I'm w/ you, it's like being an
attachment to something else, &
not a part of the whole.'

Usually, there's no way to directly convey
what I'm thinking. Even if I have the words___
they aren't understood when said.
& not a single one of them took to comprehending
my feelings on not being able to
not be somewhere else.
